This Rosary is dedicated to the parish to inspire all parishioners to pray a Rosary everyday.
It is mounted on the wall in Flannery O'Connor Hall in a 4' X 6' display case built by Richard Dyke.
The Rosary has hand blow glass beads that are 3 1/3" in diameter and the Rosary measurers 14' from the loop to the bottom of the Corpus. It was crafted in Weston West Virginia and donated to Sacred Heart Parish by the Dan and Susan Smith family.

The Rosary is God’s Plan for Victory
The daily praying of the Rosary has been repeatedly and incessantly been asked by God as THE solution to mankind’s degeneration into sin and chaos. Do you not see this acceleration happening all around you? Yet, less than 3% of Catholics faithfully pray it every day! How can this be? How can we continue to ignore God’s only solution? Is this not complete folly on the part of the Catholic faithful? Why the Rosary? Because God in His infinite wisdom has said so! First, as a test of our Faith and second because it is the school…the family of God where we best ”contemplate the Face of Christ” outside of Holy Mass; and it is where we best learn to imitate Christ by imitating the perfect model of Christ…His Mother! The Rosary forces us to confront our pride as we look upon the meekness and suffering of Christ and His Mother in the mysteries. The Rosary allows us to “see with the eyes of the soul” how much God loved us and still does! Pick up your Rosary today and begin or recommit to it! Read all you can about how to pray it well. Your reward in Heaven will be great! Let us ignore God no longer!

The Critical Role Of God's Mother at This Time
If we wish to be full members of Jesus Christ, all the manifestations of His life must be inside of us in a real way. Now the greatest manifestation of that love is the Immaculate Conception...Mary His Mother... and our Mother... through whom He willed to be born and bring us our eternal salvation.
When we have in ourselves a place for the Love of Jesus for Mary, when we love Mary together with Jesus, we fulfill God's desire; and then as a consequence, Mary comes to us with her love of Jesus.
Mary takes everything that is ours and in return she gives everything that is uniquely her possesion: her desire for God to be loved. Her only purpose is that Jesus be loved, and she intercedes constantly that His love be poured into our hearts. The Mother of God directs our entire existence to the love of God the Father in Jesus through the Holy spirit. Every time Jesus turns to Mary asking: "Mother what do you desire?" She has only one answer: "Son that you be loved with Your own love...the love You gave to me to love You... and which You now wish to share with all of Your children who choose this grace!"

Immaculée Ilibagiza is a living example of faith put into action. Immaculée's life was transformed dramatically during the 1994 Rwandan genocide where she and seven other women spent 91 days huddled silently together in the cramped bathroom of a local pastor's house.
Immaculée credits her salvage mostly to prayer and to a set of rosary beads given to her by her devout Catholic father prior to going into hiding.

Chaplet of the Adorable Sacrament (use ordinary rosary beads)
Begin with an Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be for the intentions of the Holy Father.
Pray the following on the Our Father beads: “Lord Jesus, I offer You my sorrow for the many sacrileges committed
against You and the indifference shown You in the Holy Sacrament of the Altar.”
Then on the Hail Mary beads pray:
“Jesus, I adore You in the most Blessed Sacrament.”
At the end of the rosary conclude with this prayer:
“Holy Mother Mary, please present this prayer to your Son, Jesus, and bring consolation to His Sacred Heart.
Please give Him my thanks for His divine presence in the Blessed Sacrament.
He has treated us with mercy and love by staying with us.
May my life be my thanksgiving prayer to Him.
Jesus, I trust in You.
